Project | 01 Cable Drum VB Application

This custom VB.NET application outputs NC code to single point thread a circular profile larger than the radius of the tool.  The intent is to thread a cable drum spool with a small profiling button tool to prevent chatter and also aid in breaking the continuous chip.

Project | 02 High Speed/Full Retract Decremental Drill Cycle

This is a custom canned cycle for a machining center to utilize a decremental high speed peck (chip break without full retract) until the minimum peck variable is reached at that point the drill will fully retract from the hole to evacuate the chip.

Project | 03 Figure 8 Macro

This macro was created to machine internal oil grooves in a bushing with a CNC turning center equipped with a C-Axis.  This macro was designed to be parametric and can accommodate any size and length bushing.

Project | 04 Chain Sprocket Macro
​

This macro was created to mill or laser a chain sprocket using 3 variables (qty of teeth, pitch, roller diameter).  This program can be scaled to include a rough pass and or converted to execute on a live tool turning center.
